Advantec delivered subsea intervention equipment and life-of-field services to the global oil & gas industry. Growth came from geographic expansion, add-on acquisitions and the development of rental units, establishing a strong market position ahead of sale to an industrial buyer. Sentech originated as a subsidiary of Advantec and represented the remaining technology business following the sale of Advantec. Sentech was later divested as a standalone company.
