NetNordic acquires Curacom
NetNordic, majority owned by Norvestor VII, L.P. (“Norvestor”), has signed an agreement to acquire Curacom, a Norwegian system integrator specialized in the elderly welfare sector.
NetNordic delivers a welfare telematics monitoring platform that is currently used by over 30 municipalities. The acquisition of Curacom strengthens the focus on the fast-growing elderly welfare market.

NetNordic’s welfare platform aims to support municipal employees that provide end-users the opportunity to stay at home for as long as possible and increase quality of life. The platform is centered on a response center that provides healthcare professionals, home-living patients, relatives and technical personnel with the ability to closely follow-up and prioritize presence to those who need it, whether they live at home or in a nursing home in a municipality.
