Norvestor SPV III SCSp ('the Fund') promotes environmental and social characteristics as defined in Article 8 of the EU 2019/2088 Regulation on Sustainability Related Disclosures in the financial services sector (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation or "SFDR"). Norvestor Nova I SCSp ('the Fund') promotes environmental and social characteristics as defined in Article 8 of the EU 2019/2088 Regulation on Sustainability Related Disclosures in the financial services sector (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation or "SFDR"). More information on the environmental and social characteristics promoted by the Fund, including the binding elements of our investment strategy used to attain those characteristics, and the sustainability indicators used to measure the attainment of those characteristics, can be found in the Website Disclosure for financial products referred in Article 8.

Norvestor VIII SCSp and Norvestor VIII invest IS ('the Fund') promotes environmental and social characteristics as defined in Article 8 of the EU 2019/2088 Regulation on Sustainability Related Disclosures in the financial services sector (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation or "SFDR"). Norvestor SPV II promotes environmental and social characteristics as defined in Article 8 of EU 2019/2022 Regulation on Sustainable Related Disclosures in the financial services sector (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation or "SFDR"). While it does not have as its objective a sustainable investment, it will have a minimum proportion of 50% sustainable investments.More information on the environmental and social characteristics promoted by the Fund, including the binding elements of our investment strategy used to attain those characteristics, sustainability indicators used to measure the attainment of those characteristics, and a graphical breakdown of the Fund’s planned asset allocation, can be found in the Website Disclosure for financial products referred in Article 8.
