At Norvestor, our investment philosophy is built on true partnership. We seek businesses with exceptional teams, robust models, and the potential to lead in their sectors. We have been supporting companies for over three decades based on our conviction that contributing to development and sustainable growth creates long-term value. We specialise in investments in medium-sized companies, typically with revenues in the range of EUR 20-300 million. We focus on Tech-Enabled Services, Business Services, and Industrial Solutions and Services.
We have ambitious growth targets for our companies during our holding period, which is typically between four to six years.
Buy & Build
Acquisitions can increase scale, establish strategic market positions and expand capabilities. Our experience in identifying and integrating add ons into portfolio companies is key to successful, sustainable growth. Transforming a business in this way is a big step for many companies: we never lose sight of our partnership approach.
The relationships we build with founders and management often long before we invest create the trust needed to develop companies to the next level. Simply put, we frame our approach to Buy & Build on augmentation, not acquisition. Growth should enhance, not dilute, what makes a business exceptional.
Sustainability
We see sustainability not only as a responsible approach to investing, but also a competitive advantage and driver of growth. Our companies are thoroughly assessed throughout the diligence process, and supported post-investment in measuring environmental impact, improving social responsibility and enhancing corporate governance.
But we go further, working with management to make sustainability a growth lever. From operational and resource efficiency to circular economy practices, we help embed sustainability into business models. In many cases, sustainability becomes part of the core value proposition, creating long-term advantage in an evolving market landscape.

Harnessing the right technology in the right way can enhance customer experiences, create efficiencies, and optimise processes, ultimately accelerating growth. We partner with management to develop digital strategies aligned with business goals and support throughout their implementation. This includes evolving customer-facing platforms, adopting cloud-based solutions, and leveraging data to improve decisio making.
