We acquired Crayon in 2012, attracted by its robust and scalable business model, which generated stable revenues by selling and managing software licenses from leading global software providers. During our ownership, Crayon became a leading European supplier of software asset management, cloud and volume licensing, in addition to consulting services. We also helped Crayon expand into 14 new countries and acquire 11 companies, creating a global footprint. Crayon was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in November 2017.
