We invested in Intelecom in a 2008 acquisition, attracted by its secure position in a robust market. Under Norvestor’s ownership, Intelecom grew to become a leading Norwegian provider of business-critical communication solutions to the professional market. Headquartered in Oslo, Intelecom’s customers included some 2,500 companies across a wide variety of sectors. The company was sold to an industrial buyer in December 2009. Intelecom was acquired by NetNordic Holding, a Norvestor portfolio company, in 2017.
