We invested in Wema in 2008, when we recognised that legislative changes requiring lower nitrogen oxide emissions in the haulage industry presented a growth opportunity. We worked with Wema to devise a plan to maximise these opportunities. During our ownership, Wema achieved a market share of approximately 70% in the AdBlue-level sensors market. We sold our shares to an industrial buyer in 2014, when Wema was a leading Nordic provider of sensors to the heavy truck and commercial vehicles market.
