Henrik Ødegaard

Henrik joined Norvestor in 2025. He previously worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he gained experience in Board level and C-suite recruitment, succession planning, talent acquisition, executive assessment, and board development across sectors, with a particular focus on private equity clients. In addition to his business career, Henrik played professional ice hockey for 15 years, winning the Norwegian Championship in 2019 and representing Norway in two Olympic Games and six World Championships.
