Ruben joined Norvestor in 2026. Prior to Norvestor, he spent seven years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), leading technology due diligence, carve-out planning, and digital value creation for PE investors, portfolio companies, and large corporates. Ruben spent the first six years of his career at Accenture, driving digital transformations at large enterprises. Throughout his career, he has worked across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
